Biblical Diet
Yesterday and today were supposed to be the two first days of what I am calling a “biblical diet.” However, I failed with spectacular fashion. I ate both days. Being a nervous eater does not help. So, what is a biblical diet anyways? It is a bread and meat based diet. If they ate it in the Bible then it is part of the diet. I need to learn how to make bread (again). All I remember was to use plenty of flour. I will not use yeast as the only yeast that they had in biblical times would have existed only in the envioronment. I weighed myself. At 266lbs, I need to get into weight management mode soon. I know there are a lot of carbohydrates in bread really should only be had at lunchtime. For dinner, we ordered premade meal plans from Fator. There will be enough for two per day. These are provided weekly and not intended to be frozen but eaten fresh. We’ll see how it goes. God willing, may I have the strength to put the diet into action tomorrow.
